The “Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique” is a beautiful, intuitive technique, which is performed in silence and reverence. In this workshop you will learn this technique, and how to use essential oil blends and bodywork techniques to promote a deep and sacred state of connectedness. This technique can be used on its own, or empower any other modality you use (including Reiki and massage). The innate intelligence of these vibrational oils will carry you wherever you need to go, in order to reach a state of peace. I’ve had profound shifts occur during this technique. The basis for the technique comes from Gary Young, the founder of Young Living, and involves “anointing” with Young Living’s therapeutic-grade essential oils. The ancient Egyptians believed that if they did not clear the body and mind of negative influences (emotions) before dying, they would not be able to progress spiritually, and hence would not be able to return to their body they’d left in the tomb. To achieve this level of progression, they had to seek the favor of their gods by going through a specific cleansing ritual with essential oils. It is this cleansing ritual on which the Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique is based.

I have evolved the Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique from this basic principle into my own “style”. The technique draws from the elements of Gary’s work, and includes additional concepts from Ancient Egypt, breathwork and bodywork. It is this unique style that I teach in my workshops and which I call the “Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique”.

What you will love about learning and receiving this technique:

	It is undirected – you are not given words or suggestions. This means that whatever unfolds is completely natural and “right” for you, because it comes from within you. Your Spirit - and the aroma of the essential oils - will carry you where you need to go within yourself.
	The Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique doesn’t force you into a state of release. Rather, it reconnects you to yourself and your “truth” (consciously or unconsciously). The two most common experiences from this technique are a feeling of peace, and a clarity around current issues. If a release is needed for you to achieve emotional balance, it will happen naturally and effortlessly. Although this may include tears and/or anger, just as often it will be joy and peace (as you reconnect with who you are).
	You may also fall asleep during the technique. If that happens, the emotional balancing occurs on an unconscious level as you sleep.
	The technique does not rely on the skills of the giver(s). Their role is simply to be present with you in a loving space.
	The power of this technique rests in your willingness to be loved, and in the aroma and action of the essential oils.
	This is a simple and beautiful process that you can use to support people through difficult times, and a life's challenges. It's a gift that you can give anyone in a time of need
	The process of anointing is also a wonderful addition to any other bodywork technique. You can follow the steps that I teach, or you can intuitively modify the technique and the oils that you use (making it shorter or longer as needed).
